"This case is under investigation by NHMP".

In their investigation, what buttons would the NHMP have pushed?

Back in August, I described a 5-yr-old at the helm, so how absurd would it be to have a 7-yr-old at the steering wheel?

(And an adult without a PFD navigating in fog?)
