Island Camp Water

For those of you still enjoying your island camps, be advised that according to the area weather forecast, lows this week will be below freezing all week at night with extreme lows on Friday night of 17 degrees!

Might be time to close that water down or at least prepare for some cold weather!

We've had some really great fall weather. It was great while it lasted.

Unfortunately I had to pull my water yesterday. But, it was another great season. Can’t wait for Ice Out!

I shut my water down this past weekend and yes it was another great season! Even last weekend was beautiful to be out on the water. I have one boat still in and not sure when I will pull it as my wife has not completed her "project" (new carpet and furniture) on the island yet... Would love to have Thanksgiving on the island some day though!!

Being all the food put precooked,a bucket for water, and you're good.

We've done Canadian Thanksgiving which is Columbus Day. Lots of thanks.
BTW, If she thinks it is too cold, you need a bigger boat, or faster so the 12 minute ride is down to 6. OR, buy her a nice fur coat.
