And I am ashamed to admit that I've never had the pleasure of tasting one of Pepper's creations since we rarely get to that side of the lake.

But I've been looking for an excuse to get there. Looks like I found one!

I just ordered my winni.com sweatshirt to wear to the party!

Pepper,
I think it is appropriate that my first post to the forum be sent to you letting you know I will be lookin' for lobsta' , too, when you are ready to begin this 2006 season. I can now officially be counted as a forum member and hugs will be given and received!

I'll be there too, Pepper!

When did you say you're putting on that addition?

Welcome, DBA, to the Forum! And thanks for those wonderful Rattlesnake Island ice-out photos.

WOW! This is gonna be FUN!

I'm really looking forward to seeing all my friends again, and especially happy to have an opportunity to meet and feed a few new ones too!

Merrymeeting - we had just a brief introduction last year at Garwoods, so it'll be nice to have a moment to get to know you this time.

DBA - A huge welcome to the forum, and a great big thank you for your fabulous photographs! I can tell already that we're going to be great friends, just by your signature line - what an absolutely perfect definition of peace.

GravyBoat - you bet I'm looking forward to seeing you! We've shared far too much sadness this winter, and it's time to emerge and welcome the joys of spring - don't you think?

SunsetBob - it'll be wonderful to see you, too! I hardly got a chance to speak with you at the forum fest last fall, so it'll be great to see you again!

IslandSib - don't you worry your pretty little head, because we could NEVER forget you!!!!!

DRH - Oh how I would LOVE to put on an addition! I think the landlord might be happy to have a bigger building to charge rent in too, but I doubt the city would be all that cooperative! I do have some wonderfully handy friends, though, so if the opportunity ever arose I know just who to call!

IslandGirl - you're hired!

Talking Springfest Sounds Like Just The Thing - Good Idea IG!

Depending on the timing, R-Guy and I will be there too!
(Once “ice-out” occurs, it’s hard to get me away from the island! )
Pepper, I hope you had a wonderful Caribbean cruise! Welcome home. Looking forward to seeing you and Waldo very soon!

Default Rattlesnake Gal and Guy

Waddaya mean depending on the timing? Girl, I'll grab a friend of mine who has this really cool airboat, and we'll drag your butts off that island if we have to!

We did indeed have a wonderful vacation, and returned exhausted and happy. I'll be much happier when we get the doors open and I get to see all my wonderful friends again!!!!!

Default Wish I could Join You.

Pepper, wish I could join you and the forum folks for the opening ceremonies of the Mini Forum Fest and enjoy a one of your famous lobster rolls, but one must work now to play later. I wish you another successful year and I definitely will be stopping in (many times I hope) during the spring & summer.

Thumbs up Did You Say Forum Folks, Pepper Hugs & Lobsta Rolls???

Just back from FL vacation and can't wait to get up to the lake. The 25th sounds great. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Since this has not been an "Ice in" winter I am anxiously awaiting ice out too.

Where is McDude in all of this I did not see a response from him. Hope he is there too!

As much as I would like to go and eat & meet, I will not be able due to other commitments. But I promise I will stop in during the summer and introduce myself. (I just hope you'll still serve me after some of my controversial posts. I hope you're not a Nascar fan)

Hey gang! With regard to time - I love IslandGirl's suggestion of "noonish" because it allows a bit of a window. If everyone were to arrive all at one time, it could result in mayhem as we try to feed you all at once. You can all stay as long as you desire, and if everyone sort of staggers their arrival/ordering time, then there will be plenty of time for everyone to mingle, and will help us avert a chaos situation. Does that make sense?

Some of us will have to mingle outside to allow everyone the chance to be fed... and we will have to be patient... Pepper needs time for hugs too!
