Back on the island-finally!

After 3 months of paperwork and waiting we finally closed on a lot on our beloved Mark Island yesterday. Hopefully will be building in the spring. Thanks to Nancy and Doug Deporter for all the help along the way.

Not sure, we are starting to look at plans. Since we have a northern and southern view we need a plan that can capture both.

Eh go post and beam with plenty of glass all around! That is a beautiful spot. I almost bought a place over there but the Gilford taxes were insane so I walked away.

Not sure where my thanks icon is so I will write thanks to all the kind words for Doug and I, we are just trying to do our job well and love selling islands....Jason has a fantastic property and I was thrilled that we were able to pull it all together!

Hi Nancy. Due to an upgrade in software, the "thanks" button could not be continued and has gone away, at least for now. This was per the webmaster .
