Once I discovered that the Sudafed that I had been purchasing OTC for years was only available "behind-the-counter" in its original formula, I asked the Pharmacist why the change for the OTC and why am I signing for something that I had been purchasing for years.... He told me that an active ingredient was used to MFG drugs and the local PD collected the log book once a month. I never knew which ingredient or what drug though.

...powdered baby formula is also behind the counter, as it is used to cut drugs, or sold on-line or in the black market for cash.

Pretty pathetic state of affairs....

Kid in front of me today was buying needles at Rite Aid. He said they were for his grandmother but the pharmacist told me that’s what they all say.
