New Kitchen Faucet issue ?

Not going to uninstall and take back to Lower', its staying put !

It's probaby one that was bought by FLL & returned after he used it. FLL does buy & return stuff from Lowes.

That being said, it could be a defective faucet & will have to be returned. New faucets should not bind or turn hard.
