Looking for excellent cell phone reception on Tuftonboro Neck.
With that said, does anyone have a particular company whom they can recommend that provides really great reception on the neck? At the same time, is there a company we should avoid due to sketchy reception? Thanks for any recommendations! |

This comes up every week or so either on the I Boat Facebook page or here, and this is the consensus: Verizon's the best overall option in the lakes region, but WiFi extenders can make most services work well at home. Extenders can sometimes be had for free if enough complaining to service company. VMNOs, companies like Cricket that rent major companies' tower systems, and prepaid services tend to be lower reliability because they don't have access to all the towers and roaming agreements.
