From what I know, adult beverages are not sold from a take-out window anywhere in New Hampshire.
Will be interesting to see if adult beverages are sold from the Dive's drive by, take-out, starboard side? On the starboard side, it may always be 'five o'clock', but the smart money says the starboard take-out will not be including adult beverages. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Considering that none of the 80 NH state liquor stores have drive up windows, is it legal in NH to sell or dispense beer, wine or alcoholic beverages through a drive up, take-out window, or for boats pulling up along side a barge like this proposed new 'Dive' business?
Alcoholic beverage laws are probably complex ....... is there an alcoholic attorney on board here? ![]() ![]() ![]() Like, what could possibly be better than pulling up to the drive-thru on your jetski, and leaving with a Red Bull & vodka, without having to get off your jetski ....... talk about a power up?
