Question Chip-Board, Pressed-Board, Flake-Board, Wafer-Board...

Kitchen cabinets made of particle board will "out-gas" for many years. It's the formaldehyde during manufacture that's leaking out of the processed wood. I can understand the need for a seller to disguise that odor.

But unless this one cabinet went unused, it shouldn't have any worse odor than the other cabinets. Are the other cabinets free of odor?
