Since the thread is now talking about lobsta rolls that are not particularlyi close to the lake, if you are in Southern NH get over to Tuckaway Tavern in Raymond, just off the exit of Route 101.
On Mondays and Tuesdays they have a two for one special of their lobster rolls. Two different sizes available and in two different styles (cold with mayo or warm with melted butter). I found they were sweet and perfectly cooked! http://www.thetuckaway.com/
