Doorbell camera?

I too invested in a Nest last summer. Decided to leave on the internet over the winter. Only problem I now have is that it appears the internet went down and I now am being told the camera is offline. I think the wireless router and or modem need to be reset however there is no one there to reset and spectrum advises they can not reset remotely, only send a ping to the modem.

Any suggestions?
