Exactly...... I would find it hard to believe that if the Mount desired too, it wouldn't be allowed stayed tied up at the dock, and run as a restaurant. However that is not their business model, except during bike week. The business model is for the vessel to be out on the lake, they make a lot of money doing that.... even with out the food and liquor sales.

The Dive on the other hand, is in business to sell liqour and food. While yes it can do some charter work, but given its size and design it is extremely limited in that ability.

Business models are business models.... trying to compare the Mt. Washington to the The Dive, is like comparing apples to bananas...
