Both are good brands. I have owned 3 Sundance spas so I know them pretty well. My last one was a bit of a lemon, but I got pretty good at fixing them over the years. Parts were always readily available online. I’ve been looking around for a new one for my main home, and I’ve been thinking Hot Springs this time. I really like the new dealer down here on the Seacoast, Mainely Tubs. They carry parts in stock for all models made within the last 30 years. They have a huge service department, with multiple trucks in the road daily.
