Does anyone know what truly would attract Possum to my property? I want them to come and hang out ...need them to eat the tics

They're transient by nature, and never stay anywhere long.
That said, they like dead stuff, and do eat ticks.

Some people get a small flock of guinea hens and let them free range. They eat ticks as well.
Don’t know how to keep them on your property though...maybe throw them grain to keep them around? |

Opposums will tear up your lawn, the same way skunks do when they are "rooting" for grubs. Be careful what you wish for.

My sister raised some orphan 'possums. I recall they liked fried chicken.

I agree on the guinea fowl however you should know they are quite noisy. Very effective though.
