On a lighter note, when one finds a bug in their drink do you remove it and continue drinking or do you toss it and pour another?

You simply cannot throw out a perfectly good drink because of a bug! Heck if I did that on the island I would get pretty dry!

Just don't remove the umbrella. It's there for protection--safe drinking, as it were. Or drink through the straw.

You can't toss it if you ordered "bug juice".

It seems rather confusing that "bug juice" isn't either 1) made out of bugs or 2) made for bugs.

I would not be at all concerned be one bug sipping at my drink. Hard to imagine it drinking enough to render the drink a toss away.

Usually just goes down with the rest of the drink...the alcohol will kill any thing bad and you get the added bonus of extra protein

If it was a big ol' dock spider, he might spit out half the drink. Those dock spiders have a nasty habit of taking a sip when folks aren't looking. Seen a couple of 'em so drunk, had the cops come and take them down to the station. One had a alcohol level of 0.29%. Been wading in a whiskey, straight up. Downed the whole thing, even licked the glass. Ever notice when you walk by with a drink in your hands, them eye-balling you?
