To me, a perfect example of when the Forum is the least likely place to get good info in a timely manner, especially with skimpy info about previous activities and attempts.

1.Talk to neighbors where the boat is located
2. Talk to the HOA Check the by-laws
3. Talk to local PD.
4. Town abandoned property auction? Every town has one.
