After looking at it a few moments ago(pictures), and my sons. I think everything is there. The bunks are mounted on sideways and the brackets are rotated 90 degrees off for what ever "they" were trying to move.
Make sure you bring a grease gun to fill up the hubs, it came with light duty bearing buddies but they work for what your pulling.

I meant, "I need to see if it's available," but I'm sure you knew that.
