Post times seems to be off by an hour in the negative direction....early DST?

Someone/something seemed to correct it after I mentioned. I had no acknowledgment, but I am a very minor player here Perhaps the system had the wrong DST settings, as I recall, they have changed a few times in the last 10 years.

I've noticed that the "Read First Unread" doesn't always (seldom?) works.
Might I be doing something wrong? |
