They shouldn't need quite as much organization as the NEPHC as the event will be much smaller with just 32 teams scheduled to play. Also, they've recently had a ton of success launching a series of golf tournaments all over the country so they have plenty of experience hosting similar events. Lastly, they're a multi-million dollar operation so their budget to clear whatever hurdles may come up is much larger than NEPHC has to work with to host a much larger event. In short, they won't have any problems pulling this off.

With only 32 teams in play, they will only need a fraction of the rinks (maybe 8 as opposed to 20-something?) that the NEPHC uses, so I'd anticipate the area surrounding the small island in Meredith Bay will remain roped off to ice fishermen but the vast majority of the bay will be open.

This event will be more about the party Friday night than the actual hockey on Saturday. Barstool knows how to bring a good time so looking forward to this event.
