We have created the classic "whoever complains the most and loudest gets the results in todays world." Started with Jetskis, then fast boats, next will be wakesurf boats then boats with speakers or exhaust then by my retirement time BiggD is right, we will only be allowed in a kayak or canoe with multiple reflective vests, air horns, GPS beacons and they'll need to be registered and inspected each time for zebra mussels or invasive species.
