Maybe the state could put up big tents in some of the parking lots and turn them into drive thru stores. Michigan or Ohio had this year’s ago (maybe they still do). You popped the trunk and drove thru the building, called out what you wanted, and they put it in. At the end of the line you paid the cashier who closed the trunk. With all the cashless methods of payment it would minimize contact. I know, it would never happen in NH.
