Methodist Circle name change

Looking for a St or Ave in the Weirs. The deed references Epworth. Some time the Rd name must have been changed but I can't find any evidence of a name change and there is no Epworth in the Weirs. Any ideas?

This article from a number of years ago mentions Epworth Avenue multiple times. Appears to be some kind of abandoned street near Akwa Marina...at least that is what I can figure from the article...

The Akwa Marina development now appears to cover what used to be Epworth Ave. The map linked below shows a number of parallel, waterfront streets east of the (now) Akwa Marina docks; the closest to those docks is Epworth.

To dive a little deeper, the map lists streets in this order:
1. Epworth
2. Fiske
3. Haven
4. Janes
5. Thompson ... and on.
Google maps shows streets 3 through 5(+) still present. Perusing the street view shows the Fiske street sign still present:
