Decided to check it out and got 2 1.5lb to cook for dinner and 1 1.25lb to make lobster salad. They were delicious hard shell lobsters which I steamed; next time going to try baked stuffed. They will apparently be there through Labor Day. Once a week lobster at a price cheaper than hamburgers.....lol.
After a 1.5 lb lobster is cooked and shelled, what is the weight of the edible lobster meat? I'm guessin' (optimally) 7 oz.
