The difference is in endangering your own life vs. that of others.

In your train analogy, would you have a problem if passengers were hurt because someone played chicken? I certainly would.

As would I. Believe me, I totally get it. I work in healthcare and can bear witness to the reality of the pandemic. The reality that some people think is apparently a hoax or just some political game.
