Sept 27, 2020: At 65-degree water temp, the big lake is still swim-able this late in September what with the low water level and drought-New Hampshire.

Agree entirely.

Agree entirely x 10 if it's an IPA.

I smile thinking of almost 58 yrs at the Lake. My hubby and kids being introduced to it and vacationing here! And of course to all of the Forum posters who make it so enjoyable to reminisce.

Ripping down a trail at 80 on 6 inches of fresh snow up in "The County"....

Hauling in a 4lb landlock on 8 1/2 ft flyrod in May............................

A cold frosty morning in my treestand watching the sun melt the frost and the leaves are falling like rain....................even better if a nice 8pt shows up and I'm dragging it shortly thereafter................

Ice cold beer no matter where I am.......................as long as it isn't an IPA

Default The "little things" aren't so little

Just realized what a great, positive, uplifting thread this is, in a year of seemingly constant terrible news.

If you read each post, it reinforces how important the "little things" really are......They're not little at all, they're huge, they matter and they're important!
