tank filling system

I bought the property of the late Dean Mason (RIP) last year. He had a system for filling his own scuba tanks that I have no use for and do not know how to operate. There is a special compressor for breathable air, and several large high pressure tanks. I'll be posting it on the marketplace as soon as I figure out what it might be worth and figured this a good place to get help figuring that out.
