Pork chops come out amazing using a sous vide, then finished in cast iron for 45 seconds a side! Hannaford has bone-in, my preference, for 1.79 often.

If we are all going to pay more for meat, then go local-- Top of the Hill Farm near Lake Wentworth-- you'll pay a dollar or two more, but the quality is fantastic, nice folks, and support a local business: beef, chicken, lamb, sausage, pork; they have it all, Some from the farm, the rest from other local farmers. Never been disappointed. |
