Anyone have additional insight on the proposed redevelopment of the Shep Browns property? They're on the ZBA agenda for Thursday, 11/18.

I would love to hear informed opinions.

I tuned in to watch the livestream of the ZBA meeting last night, but the audio was not working. The meeting ended much earlier than expected, with no real presentation or any public comments. Maybe there was a procedural complication? I too would really like to know what happened.
