Yes that is what we were told when we bought our Christmas tree as the reason that the tree sale site had to be moved. Construction started later than planned but they had to move the tree sale anyway.

We have used Clear Choice MD Alton several times. Pleasant, efficient, helpful, professional, and far easier to be seen vs my PCP who is almost across the street.

I am hearing its both, an urgent care and 5 Guys.

Depending on how often you frequent 5 Guys, having an urgent care next door may not be a bad thing!
