I'm still confused about this. Can we distinguish between "tires were mounted on the rims backwards" and "wheels were installed on the car backwards"?
Garage #1 did not remove the tires from the rims. He simply rotated them. Garage #2 said the tires were mounted on the rims backwards. He removed them and remounted them. So was this an error of mounting the tires on the rims, or installing the wheels on the car? |
