What's happening to all the web cams?

I can't seem to find any info from any source as to why there are very few, if any web cams working ??? wass-up?

The ones on this web site all seem to be working, except for Melvin Village Cam.

The BearCam has not updated since December 23, when the big storm took down at least 12 utility poles on Bear. Power is back to some of Bear but it may be a while before internet is back.
