Today. I get a call from Whirlpool main office in Michigan.

Whirlpool is sending me a new washing machine.

I asked for a more basic model.
Without all of the bells and whistles that this current model has.

Whirlpool headquarters Michigan were quite happy to send me a less expensive basic model.

1-2 weeks for delivery.

I wonder if this replacement will begin another 1 year warranty.
