New Construction - High Octane

So, anyone else notice the new building going up behind High Octane? Appears to be in their parking lot area. Much to elaborate a construction than just outside seasonal seating area.

Any insights ?

It is a permanent 50 X 100 building similar to the tents they have had for Bike Week in the past.

It will have a stage, obviously serve alcohol, and they plan to have concerts there during the summer. At this time it looks like it will be closed during the winter.
