I had a condensing gas boiler installed by Rowell. The installation was not correct and the flue had to be replaced. Rowell claim no responsibility and charged $2300 to replace the flue correctly.

Granite HVAC replaced the flue correctly and was very satisfied with the work for $250. They were clean, communication was clear and they adhered to their statement of work.
