The concept of the temporary houseboats is like bob houses on the frozen lake.

The State should not see any significant tax advantages.
Promoting it as a revenue producer is sugar coating it at best.
There may be a jump in local revenue, but that would be offset by where the revenue would have been if this option doesn't exist.

It is a push/pull.
