I hate to give away my favorite private place, BUT...
Has this, what I thought was always public docking, given way to private? How, what, why and when?

Or has EKAL moved over there and now keep their pontoon boats there that they take people out in. I noticed the rental SUP’s, kayaks and large water trikes there now.

Ekal water rentals was sold to the Mills Falls hotels that owns the long dock that extends out from Lago Restaurant and the public boardwalk into the shallow water area of Meredith Bay.
That long dock has a lot more visibility than the Ekal home ... www.millfalls.com/events-calendar/ ..... www.facebook.com/EkalActivityCenter ..... which makes it a better spot to promote their 3-wheel water bikes, pontoon boat, kayak and sup rentals. Ekal is tucked next to Town Docks Restaurant while that long dock is out there in public view plus most of the motor boat traffic doesn't go beyond the town docks and mix with the sups. The water sports rental should have some signs for sup rentals and kayak rentals to get seen from Route 25 car traffic while waiting for the stop lights. Ekal rents out bicycles, too.
