We had one estimate from Costco and the GC is supposed to be giving us a quote as well. It has become a surprise what will be done every day. I have to say that my son is really enjoying the process. He is still taking cold showers as we are waiting for the water heater, which will have to be installed outside. |

I’ll start you off with a good laugh on this Saturday morning.
My son‘s mini split is finally installed and working! It just showed up out of the blue on Tuesday. I don’t know how much the installation is, but the cost of the mini split itself was $1500. When I asked my son if it was working well, he told me some silliness about turning it on and turning it off. So I told him you can’t do that, it’s just like your regular AC and it should be going all the time. He said I can’t run it all the time, because it is too cold. I told him you know there’s a thermostat on it! |
