Cobalt boat taking photos this morning

Hey folks, watched a blue Cobalt boat with a mounted camera cruising the Ash Cove area this morning and taking photos of houses.

Just curious if anyone knows how he intends to use these photos. I think they have every right to do so but would like to understand more.

Happy to share photos of the boat but hoping I’ll get a DM about why.

...could be that someone hired a professional photographer to take photos of their house? Could be that photos are being taken for a real-estate sale or rental? Could be an insurance adjuster? Could be a private investigator? The list could go on and on. And a Cobalt is an expensive boat, so chances are it's not a derelict.

Does it really matter, as long as they don't have a telephoto lens taking pervie pictures?

Also noticed blue Cobalt cruising slowly on NW Bear a short way down from the Mail Dock. Taking photos.
