For what it's worth, I have been a member of AAA for more than 30 years and have used them for flat tires, dead batteries, etc. and have been satisfied over the years. Most of the time, service has been done out of Rochester NH to Alton.

Two different time, the AAA guy pulled the flat tire off, found the puncture location, and determined it could be fixed with a plug. Repair was done and no problems with tire until it needed replacement along with the other tires.

I'm glad I have AAA. Sorry if others experiences have not been as good.
