I was thinking that too, but it is lakefront property and look at the prices of houses on the lake and what they are selling for!

"Lake front property"? Notice that the listing doesn't seem to list the amount of water frontage, the disputes and inhinderances surrounding it, nor the potential cost of removing the gas tanks and pumps. Thomas Tusser had a great expression for this property.

Don't forget, the store is a unit of a condominium association and, the other units of the association are the boat slips which occupy 100% of the water frontage.

The last gas I got from them seemed to have water in it.. I would not buy gas for your boat from them.
