Default Familiar with Stephens Landscaping?

Anybody know about/used Stephens Landscaping out of Moultonborough? Having them look at some yard work and "outside area." Their my second price so far seem to be nice, professional people. I've already been told won't be the cheapest quote but haven't heard any other negatives said. Opinions if your aware?

Default You get what you pay for...

I have been a Stephens customer since we bought our place in Meredith in 2012. You are correct that they are not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. They do excellent work. Their people are polite, friendly, and talented. In the spring/summer/fall, we use them for spring and fall cleanups, lawn mowing, and mulch. In the winter, we use them for plowing and shoveling the front walk.

Last summer, we used their construction crew to renovate our decks and to install a vinyl underdecking, and this spring, we used their window-cleaning crew to wash our windows and screens. And, as an established customer, if there is ever a problem, one phone call and the problem is fixed asap.

I would highly recommend them.

They've actually won awards for their work and been featured in some magazines.

MeredithMan could repost the photos. But his deck was inspiring.

Agree with the above. You get what you pay for, and they are on time and do it right.

They did a big job all last summer on a yard across the street from me. They did a tremendous job but I'm sure it was super expensive because they went all the way to the waterfront.
As a neighbor I had a few complaints, excessive noise early in the morning, crazy dust clouds when the wind was blowing my way, employees blocking my driveway, but the owner responded promptly and actually fired one employee for and unspeakable act.
Last year was a very dry summer and they would blow the yard at the end of every day. The dust always seemed to blow my way.
They delivered a truck load of Hugh boulders before 7am one morning, sounded like an earthquake, woke me out of a sound sleep.

I've used them for years, big jobs plus weekly yard work. They also plow and shovel for me. Highly recommend.

SL and Miracle Farms are the big players in Moultonborough. They do good work.

We had them cleanup, fallen trees and debris. after the big blow down we had two years ago in CH/Mltnbro. Got there and all cleaned up a day after the storm. They also removed some boulders for us several years ago. Good people.

The facility in center harbor is now for landscape planning . No plants and flowers ( at least two weeks ago) . For materials you can order through the app which i did a couple weeks ago and their facility is down Moultonboro neck road

Thankfully the company owner was more respectful than the neighbor.
