Moultonborough Post Office doesn't have enough people to deliver the mail

My package was scanned in and out at 19 different locations / steps along the way, etc. etc. by the USPS, but M'boro lost it after it was put on their truck for delivery. Actually M'boro had it for less than 8 hours and I never got it. But they seem to never miss filling my box with endless crap ads, circulars, etc.
