Skelleys has new owner…UGH!

Our experience yesterday was extremely unpleasant. I had ordered the pizza special, to be picked up at 4 because we were meeting friends a short while later. They had trouble finding my order, but finally got going on the fix…no apologies for the inconvenience. I did not make a fuss…what would be the point? Anyhow, while this went on, some woman who worked there stormed out of the place and demanded that my husband move the car, which she claimed was in a no parking zone…..there was no sign to that effect, and he wasn’t blocking anyone. She threatened to call the police if he didn’t comply right away! He didn’t make a fuss either. So….I don’t know what is going on there, but if they don’t learn some people skills and get organized, people are not going to put up with that! I have no intention of going back there.

Store was sold two years ago, it's just that they waited till now to change the name. No excuse for the poor service Sue received, but it is the same crew

So does anyone know if they also sold the Bailey's Bubble in Wolfeboro, or do they still own that ?

I must way that I've always thought that both Bailey's Bubble in Wolfeboro, and Skelly's in Moultonboro are little gold mines printing money.

Also, Skelly's Gas in Moultonboro is the ONLY gas station remaining in business on Rte. 109 between Wolfeboro and Route 25 in Moultonboro. Be sure not to run out of gas on that long stretch of road.

Probably got "shuffled"; and then the team got in further over their head.
We have this more and more now.

I like their steak, cheese and pepper subs. Rolls are fresh and tasty. Phone orders are pleasantly taken and have always been ready on time. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Drove by yesterday, and the sign up says "Starley's." Is that new?
