The price being reduced is what caught my eye. It is on 1.6 acres, I wouldn't mind having some privacy back at the cottage while being able to enjoy the lake and beach during the day. When I looked up the map of it though, it did seem like it was a good hike from the water, although I couldn't figure out exactly where the mooring field was too....

I emailed the realtor yesterday, still waiting on a response back.


Biggd, any idea why they are looking to sell now?

He's looking to retire and just have one home, my sister in-law goes up quite often. I imagine that means she will be at my home more often now.
