Question Is a 70-Pound Black Bear a Concern?

I didn't want to post the article of a recent Black Bear's fatal attack (into an RV); however, one other fatal attack has just occurred:

Seventy-pounds is about the size of a big German Shepard.

Or, the size of "Baby" in Wolfeboro.
