What is the going rate for a dock rental (in water) on the Tuftonboro side of the lake? 19-20’. Ballpark estimate

It seems like more are available this season than past years.
I'm not sure if it's because marinas added more, or more people are renting their condo docks out. Maybe a little of both.

I was just nosing around Craig’s List and saw that Harrilla has dry storage for rent for $4,000. No mention of length restrictions.
