I remember my Dad challenging my Aunt to finish a "Mount Washington" banana split one Sunday night at Week's Dairy Bar before the fireworks at the Weirs. She finished it being the stubborn woman she was but laid in the back seat of the car through the entire fireworks show. The family still laughs about how green she looked!

Sorry to beat this thread to death but I must reply to Josh. Josh....you have a mind like a steel trap....I built the "Banana Boat" in the parking lot when I owned Longwood Farms Restaurant back in the 70's.I think Dick Flynn removed it when he bought me out in 1979.
