Dear Eagle and LIforrelaxin--
My husband and I share your anger and frustration over BC's new "donation" policy--this is indeed a "horrible" case of "extortion," and we have used the same terms in describing it. Our nearly 40 years of continuous patronage and loyalty as season ticket holders apparently mean nothing. But I like Mee-n-Mac's reminder that the Forum Fest will be a lot less expensive!

We haven't attended a FF yet, but the postings and photos have been fun to follow. It would be great to meet some of the wonderful Forum members--ESPECIALLY a fully recovered Rattlesnake Gal. Perhaps this year...

Since people are already mentioning the next Forum Fest, how about picking a date now so people can make their plans early. That would save a whole lot of last minute hassles. We could get a favorite place reserved: people could write it on their calendars (IN INK): reservations could be made. It seems like a good idea to me. What do you think?

We're approaching the point of hijacking the original thread, and veering off of Lakes Region topics with this one.

While wholely agreeing with the statements made earlier of my disappointment with the direction here, BC is far from alone in this. I sent a note offline to Eagle that he may want to reconsider switching to ND. They're worse! http://www.boston.com/sports/college..._giving_at_bc/

Now, back to a focus on RG and her get well plan!!!!

RG - I've been offline for so long that I had no idea you weren't well. I'm so sorry I wasn't here for you!
