Perhaps I didn't word my initial post very well, the point I was trying to make is that I think it's sad to see so many folks lose their waterfront homes (that have been in their families for years) to high taxes.
I was just looking for opinions as to possible fixes to the problem. For those of you with deep pockets I guess you can't see the little guy's plight, obviously the problem hasn't always been this way or all these little guys wouldn't be getting forced out. I hate to see "nice people" lose their retirement homes because of the "view".
