Still hundreds of acres of open water along the west side of Governor's Island. Spent the afternoon teeing golf balls at the end of the mcmansion breakwater and smacking them towards Bear Island, skipping across the ice on the other side, hoping to break one of those gypsy camp windows.....hah!
 Is this mcmansion fever, or what? I wanna go to Miami South Beach....waaaa!
